Overview
astic.ai sells personalized, AI-generated astrology and tarot-style readings as one-time digital purchases. The Service is offered for entertainment purposes only (see our Terms of Service). We still want you to feel good about every purchase, so this policy explains how refunds work.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every reading. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to every reading bought through astic.ai and is honored regardless of whether the reading has been opened or read, because we know you can't evaluate a reading without seeing it.
To request a refund:
- Email support@astic.ai from the address associated with your purchase, within 14 days of the payment
- Include your order/transaction reference (from the receipt Paddle sent you)
How Payments Are Processed
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service for billing inquiries and handles returns. Refund requests submitted to Paddle are subject to the same 14-day window described above.
Additional Refund Circumstances
We may also issue refunds outside the 14-day window in the following circumstances:
- Billing Errors: if you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error
- Duplicate Charges: if you were charged more than once for the same reading
- Failed Generation: if a reading you paid for failed to generate and could not be delivered
Exceptions
Because readings are personalized digital goods generated on demand, refunds outside the 14-day window (and outside the circumstances listed above) are granted only where required by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@astic.ai with:
- Your account email
- The order/transaction reference
- The reason for your request (optional within the 14-day guarantee)
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
