1. Agreement to Terms

astic.ai is operated by FOP Liubchenko Yurii Mykolaiovych ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using astic.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

astic.ai is an AI-powered entertainment service that generates personalized astrology and tarot-style readings from the answers you provide. The Service includes:

  • Tarot-style spreads (love, the year ahead, crossroads, shadow, money, open questions)
  • Personalized written readings generated by artificial intelligence
  • Follow-up reflections on a reading
  • Saved readings you can re-open

3. Entertainment Purposes & AI Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully — it is the most important part of these Terms.

  • The Service is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.
  • All readings, interpretations, and text are generated by artificial intelligence (large language models). They are not written, reviewed, or endorsed by a human astrologer, psychic, counselor, or any licensed professional.
  • Astrology and tarot are not science. Readings have no proven predictive value and must not be treated as fact, prophecy, or a forecast of real events.
  • The Service does not provide and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Always seek a qualified professional for such matters.
  • You should never make important decisions (health, legal, financial, relationship, or otherwise) based on a reading. Any decision you make is your own responsibility.
  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, contradictory, or nonsensical. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, reliability, or "truth" of any reading.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that everything it produces is fictional, generated content offered purely for amusement.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using astic.ai you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Accounts

To use the Service you sign in through a third-party identity provider (Firebase Authentication). You are responsible for:

  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Maintaining the security of your access
  • Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or abuse the Service or its resources.

6. Purchases and Payments

6.1 One-Time Purchases

Readings are sold as one-time digital purchases (not subscriptions). The price of each reading is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

6.2 Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and refunds, and provides customer service for billing inquiries. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6.3 Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day refund window.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest data or content from the Service without permission
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its output without authorization
  • Use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

The Service — including its design, software, branding, and underlying content — is owned by astic.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Reading

The text of a reading generated for you is yours to keep and use for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

8.3 AI-Generated Output

Because readings are produced by AI, identical or similar text may be generated for other users. We make no claim that any reading is unique, and you may not claim exclusive rights over AI-generated text.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Any reading will be accurate, reliable, meaningful, or fit for any particular purpose
  • Defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on a reading.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless astic.ai from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via a notice within the Service or by updating this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the Service, please email support@astic.ai. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. For payment-related issues you may also contact Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
