Overview

astic.ai sells personalized, AI-generated astrology and tarot-style readings through monthly subscriptions that renew automatically. The Service is offered for entertainment purposes only (see our Terms of Service). This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work.

Subscriptions

  • Unlimited costs $19.99 per month. Unlimited + Daily costs $29.99 per month.
  • Your first month costs $4.99 on Unlimited and $7.99 on Unlimited + Daily. After that, your plan renews every month at its full price until you cancel. We email you at least 7 days before your first charge at the full price, with the date and the amount.
  • You can cancel at any time: under "Manage subscription" on astic.ai (sign in with your email), or by emailing support@astic.ai. Cancellation stops all future renewals; no payment is taken after you cancel. You keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

How Payments Are Processed

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. The checkout page and your receipt name that company and the name that appears on your bank or card statement.

Refunds

Send refund requests to support@astic.ai. Approved refunds are issued through the payment provider and go back to your original payment method.

We support a refund request in these circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: if you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error
  • Duplicate Charges: if you were charged more than once for the same period
  • Charges After Cancellation: if you were charged after you canceled
  • Failed Service: if the readings or emails you paid for could not be delivered

Readings bought as one-time purchases before October 2026 keep the 14-day money-back guarantee they were sold with.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@astic.ai from the address you subscribed with, and include:

  • The order reference (from your receipt)
  • The reason for your request

You can also contact the payment provider through the receipt it emailed you. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
